Competitive Priorities

China Star has a very simple process when to comings to setting its competitive priorities. China star achieves low costs by ordering a high frequency of supplies and providing low cost for operations and their customers. It is very important for the restaurant to keep good relationships with its suppliers to keep a low competitive price in the industry. To keep a top quality severs it is necessary to always use fresh and clean ingredients as well as keeping a clean workplace and a fully train staff that keeps the same consistency when preparing every order. Certain ingredients are prepped and order fulfillment begins as soon as the order is placed by the customer with an average time of 10 minutes to keep up with a sufficient delivery speed and delivery times are not specified but are sent out when prepared to a single or multiple customers within a short time frame. China star already has their established menu and very rarely make changes or additions to the menu. Occasionally specials will be served during different times of the year.  Customers order off the menu, customized meals are not common but substitutions of ingredients in meals are allowed with a wide variety of options and ingredients to fulfill a customer’s order. The restaurant is prepared for high volumes order during lunch and dinner time.
